According to the most recent report of Screen Rant on Monday, May 3, “Genshin Impact” has unveiled the trailer on YouTube entitled “Through the Eyes of a Dragon” which features Azhdaha.

In the video, Geo Archon Rex Lapis released Azhdaha from the earth. For those who regularly visit Liyue, a fictional location in the game, these names would ring a bell.

The lore tours the players to the necessary information that will lead them to Azhdaha. Particularly, the trailer tackles the creation origins that took place in the Liyue region.

This will also let you know how the mythical beast invaded the myth. Additionally, the trailer will allow the viewers to see the importance of the mighty monster in the inhabitants residing in Liyue.

If you are a frequent challenger of this dragon, this is not new to you anymore since Azhdaha can be seen weekly as a boss in Genshin Impact’s 1.5 patch. You can only access this feature by finishing the story mission of Zhongli.

We could see that Geo Archeon Rex Lapis, the new character in the game has liberated Azhdaha in the trailer. For years, the two have been battling intensely.

The trailer also showed two point-of-views in the eyes of Rex and the narrator. The perspectives differ in the angles. The first one focuses on describing Liyue’s main mythos of creation but the information about Azhdaha is featured in both narratives.

What we all know in the end is it was Rex who let go of the great dragon for him to witness the beauty of the world. However, it is still not up to our knowledge what happened to Azhdaha when it became a weekly boss. In the future, there are still mysteries lurking in the corner that are waiting to be explored.

Besides the sensational trailer, “Genshin Impact” 1.5 update also introduced the Serenitea Pot which allows the players to build their housing in their own realms.

Furthermore, there are also new weapons, monsters, quests, domains, and artifacts that are added to the game excluding the new characters.

We never know what’s the next thing that miHoYo could give to us. We could likely see glimpses of the new region in the “Genshin Impact” 1.6 patch so we could now have the third region in the making.
